Grand Master Joe Nesta

Shihan Joseph Nesta

The director of the studio, Shihan Nesta, is recognized internationally for his contribution and expertise in the martial arts. Shihan Nesta is a martial artist at heart. He began training at age 12 and has dedicated 45 years to studying the martial arts. He holds the highest Rank in Nick Cerio’s Kenpo in the U.S, and is a 10th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. A 6th Degree in American Kenpo, and a 1st Degree in Shotokan, Jiu-Jitsu, and Aikido.

Sensei Peter Marchi

Peter Marchi – In 1982, he began his studies in Kenpo Karate at Fred Villari’s Studio of Self Defense at the age of 16. Having left Fred Villari’s Studio’s having earned the rank of Brown Belt 1st kyu, I studied their until 1992. In 1996, he encountered Shihan Joseph Nesta and was inspired with his knowledge and experience in traditional martial arts and Okinawan weaponry of Kobudo. Shihan Nesta’s allowed him the flexibility and allowed to venture deeper with his passion for the martial arts. With continued dedication and training, he has become one of his main instructors and Sempai (senior student) at the Nesta’s Kenpo Karate School with the currently rank of YoDan (4th degree black belt).
